For Continental US shipping, we primarily use FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail, meaning your package should arrive 3-7 business days after placing your order. Occasionally an item will be out of stock and may take up to one week to ship, althought it is usually not more than several days. If an item will be out of stock for longer than one week, we will notify you and , if applicable, ship the other items on your order immediately. The out of stock item will be shipped when it is back in stock via USPS. Pet beds and some collars, harnesses and leashes ship directly from the manufacturer and require an extra business day for processing. Most medium and larger boxes ship FedEx Ground, which does not deliver to PO Boxes (see 'Other US'). We like to recycle boxes, so don't be surprised if your order arrives in a pet product box!
For Other US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Post Office Box and APO/FPO) shipping, we will use the best shipping method available, but cannot guarantee delivery times.Please note that some items may not be available for non-continental US shipping, and shipping fees do not include any international duties, customs, import fees or taxes. We cannot accept returns for international orders. Please use Order Notes to provide your complete shipping address if necessary.

Sales Tax The state of Montana does not have a sales tax and we do not charge sales tax on any orders. We also never charge any hidden "handling" fees.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express over our secure web site and Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express through the Google checkout. Using the latest in security technology (128-bit encryption SSL), we keep your credit card and personal data safe.
We will never use your personal information for anything other than communicating with you about your order. We will only contact you if there is a problem with your order, to email order confirmation and tracking information, or if you sign up for our e-mail list. Your personal information will never be sold, rented, or otherwise made available to non-essential personnel.
Every attempt is made to only display in-stock items so we can ship immediately. If you are placing a gift order, please make a notation in the Order Notes and we will not include an invoice or prices in the package.
Returns
If we make a mistake or you receive damaged merchandise, we will fix the problem ASAP! Please email or call (800) 395-4936 within 3 business days of receiving your order.
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of purchase for any of our products. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original manufacturer packaging with the original product hang tags attached--it must be in resalable condition. Shipping costs are not refundable, and if you received free shipping, your refund will be reduced by $8.95. Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping--or returned as undeliverable--will be treated as a return.
To complete a product exchange or refund, repack the item securely with a copy of your invoice instructing us what to do--exchange for another item or refund your original form of payment. Our return address is printed on your invoice--you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend that you insure your package. Upon receipt, we will credit your original credit card for all resalable items, or send replacement product to you. But since we only sell products used and approved by our pets, we think you are going to like them! |
